have been living in Costa Rica since 2015 and have built a strong professional and personal connection with the Nicoya Peninsula over the years.
During the last 10 years, I owned and operated a tourism agency in the region, which allowed me to develop deep local knowledge, a solid network, and a clear understanding of what international and local clients are looking for when investing or settling in Costa Rica.

Through my own family projects, I have been directly involved in real estate transactions: purchasing land, selling properties, and managing construction projects. This hands-on experience gives me a practical understanding of the full real estate process, from raw land to finished homes.
